OUR 6-STEP APPROACH:
Send us your design files and our team begins work with a preliminary review. In this step, we ensure we can manufacture your product to meet exceptionally high standards with your desired tolerances and specifications.
Our Design Assessment team will thoroughly assess. In this step, we’ll discuss all critical details before moving forward, review timelines and determine the necessity of any secondary operations.
After the Design Assessment, all systems are a go! We’ll provide you with a CAD record that you can use to log in to our online client portal and place your order.
Prototype CNC Machining
We’ll CNC machine the prototype and production material for your best fit, photo shoot and deliver in two to three weeks. Our part quality is superior to SLA, 3D printing and casting.
Here’s where we really shine: our exceptionally skilled tooling experts ensures the product you bring to market exceeds your expectations for detail, craftsmanship and performance. We perform half degree draft and undercut features formed with piston action for the highest tooling standards.
Production & Delivery
ThermoFab ships all parts to the customer for final assembly, or we handle the product assembly of your plastic enclosure on our end.
