Tom King Presented Remarkable Process Improvements at Synergy Resources VISUAL User Conference
Shirley, MA, November 16, 2009 - ThermoFab president Tom King spoke on October 26 at the Synergy Resources VISUAL User Conference about remarkable improvements in lead time reduction, inventory reductions, manufacturing time reductions and on-time delivery improvements as a result of the implementation of VISUAL Manufacturing software and a comprehensive review of all internal processes.
ThermoFab, the leader in thermoforming custom plastic enclosures, places a great deal of emphasis on having the fastest turn around of high-quality enclosures to medical device firms, computer companies, and industrial businesses. Six years ago they embarked on a complete process improvement program that they have worked on steadily with increasing improvements in all aspects of the business.
