mark rauenzahn

Chief Executive Officer
Board Member

Mr. Mark Rauenzahn is the Chief Executive Officer of Producto. Prior to this role he was the General Manager of Sundyne, LLC a highly engineered pump and compressor manufacturer. Under Mr. Rauenzahn’ s leadership Sundyne grew revenue, EBITDA, and diversified the sales into the energy markets.

Before Sundyne, Mr. Rauenzahn worked for Integer Holdings Corporation under various roles from Director of Procurement to Director of Operations overseeing various sites in Malaysia and Ireland. He oversaw product development and manufacturing at the Galway facility and helped them grow revenue substantially at this time. Additionally, he focused on continuous improvement driving operational efficiencies at the site.

Before Integer Holdings Mr. Rauenzahn spent time at United Technologies with roles of increasing responsibility. He started in the United Technologies Operations Leadership Program and held roles as Operations Manager and Commodity Manager. He spent a significant amount of time in Poland and India helping to set up and start operations in those countries.

Mr. Rauenzahn holds a BS degree in Industrial Engineering from Virginia Tech and an MBA from IE Business School located in Madrid Spain.

In his free time, he enjoys playing soccer, rock climbing, hiking and spending time with family.

Joseph Savino

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Joseph Savino is Producto’s Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Producto, Joe was a Director at Culper Capital Partners, his work history includes over ten years of accounting and finance experience, in addition to ten plus years of credit brokering on Wall Street. Joseph began his career as an auditor in financial markets at Arthur Andersen, while obtaining his CPA license. He later became the Director of Finance at TMP Worldwide, a division of Monster.com, heading up the division’s financial planning, analysis and operations reporting. Joseph then pivoted to Wall Street as an interdealer broker, working at Tradition, Creditex and Tullett-Prebon, where he facilitated credit derivative and corporate bond trades for the industry’s largest investment banks. While working at Creditex, Joseph helped transform the High Yield Tranche Desk into one of the top performers in the market. In the year prior to joining Culper Capital, Joseph was a proprietary equity trader with T3 Trading Group, managing all risk and investment decisions for his overall portfolio.

Joseph received a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University at Albany. In his free time, Joseph enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, coaching youth sports and playing golf.

Kimberly Hawk

Head of Human Resources

Ms. Kimberly Hawk is the Head of Human Resources at The Producto Group. With over 25 years of experience, she has held key HR positions in diverse industries, including a multi-million-dollar start-up in plastics manufacturing, an international company specializing in metal enclosures, and both small and large distribution companies. She holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova.

Throughout her career, Ms. Hawk has consistently demonstrated her ability to improve HR capabilities, resulting in cost reduction and control, the establishment of exceptional recruitment and onboarding programs, proactive workforce development, talent pipeline growth, and has championed many cultural shifts. She has been instrumental in driving HR solutions that positively impact the bottom line.

Ms. Hawk has been an HR influencer for most of her career by creating and delivering training and coaching for leadership at all levels, teaching college courses and helping hundreds of students learn about resume writing and interviewing skills. She was also involved in various board positions for NEPA SHRM which culminated in her role as Chapter Presidency of NEPA SHRM.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Ms. Hawk actively volunteers on the board of the American Cancer Society for Northeast PA. She enjoys spending time outdoors, camping with her son, and caring for her cats and dogs. She is also a talented musician and former Choir Director.

DAMON BUGBEE

General Manager

Mr. Bugbee is the General Manager of ThermoFab. Prior to joining The Producto Group, Mr. Bugbee held the position of General Manager at The Hales Group. In this capacity, he was responsible for the daily operations of three facilities that provided a wide range of services including, bridge fabrication, the application of various industrial coatings, and oversized freight hauling. Notably, he played a crucial role in successfully implementing The Hales Group’s lean business operating system—a management framework that focuses on streamlining operations, improving efficiencies, and enhancing overall organizational performance.

During his tenure as Vice President of Atlas Precision, Mr. Bugbee designed and executed an operational strategy that led to a remarkable 40% organic growth, within a mere 7 months. His efforts were also pivotal in securing numerous ISO standards and ITAR certifications for the organization.

Mr. Bugbee holds a master’s certification in Lean Supply Chain Management from the University of San Francisco and has a Six Sigma Certification.

michael cattafe

Business Development Manager

As ThermoFab’s Business Development Manager, Cattafe’s extensive experience and proven track record in driving business growth will play a vital role in fostering valuable customer relationships and enhancing ThermoFab’s market presence. In addition, he will bring design services to Thermofab which will help streamline the development and manufacturing process, facilitate the creation of prototypes and optimize product designs for manufacturing, which leads to faster and more efficient production cycles for our customers.

Cattafe most recently served as the Manager of Product Design at Vicarious Surgical in Waltham, Massachusetts where he facilitated the establishment of a design presence within an engineering-dominated environment, developed a mobile surgical robot platform, and engineered & assembled multiple hand controller and mobile surgeon workstation prototypes. With a career spanning over 40 years, Michael has taken on various product development and industrial design roles for various medical device companies. Ranging from developing technology into usable, attractive prototypes and products, to new business development and existing client retention to program management. Michael also holds numerous utility and design patents.
