1976 – Tom King starts ThermoFab with 3 colleagues.
1978 – Michael Wahl joins ThermoFab and manages its three shifts before moving to Sales.
1985 – ThermoFab buys its own building. This move expanded our ability to control costs and focus on research and processes designed to enhance quality, service and time to market.
1980's-90's – More and more processes are brought in-house to shorten lead times and enhance quality control, including:
1998 – ThermoFab wins first TINA award, starting a trend for many more TINA Award Wins for innovation and design of thermoformed products.
2003 – ThermoFab introduces ThermoFab Technologies. This arm of our business focuses exclusively on Research & Development and is committed to making sure we stay ahead of the competition and continuously increase our quality and level of detail and decrease your time to market.
Our vision has always been to provide the highest quality, fastest thermoforming services available. And we’re succeeding! Our clients are from all over the world – some have been with us for 35 years! – and they tell us over and over that they’ve never found anyone who can do what we do for them.
